ABOUT FARRON ROUTLEDGE
I am currently part of the Sales Graduate scheme at Nestlé, with my first rotational role being an Emerging Channels & Strategic Projects Executive for eCommerce. This role allows me to build on the eCommerce experience I gained during my 12-month placement, where I worked on a Digital Transformation Project with Matalan, The Hut Group, and Mirakl. Having recently graduated with a First Class Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management and being honored with the Programme Leader\'s Award, I am eager to dedicate my full efforts to advancing my career at Nestlé.Over the past year, I had the privilege of participating in a Business Startup Programme, which culminated in significant achievements. I was named UK Student of the Year for Young Enterprise, and my team secured 2nd place in the Nationals.
