Tax Notes is the news and analysis arm of Tax Analysts, the non-profit tax policy organization. Tax Notes exists to support the Tax Analysts mission through comprehensive but impartial coverage of tax news, contributing a spirited and personable voice to conversation and debate around the understanding and application of tax policy. Many of our customers are familiar with Tax Notes, our first publication was created in 1972, and it is widely considered the journal of record in the tax world. Clients have gone as far as to call us the \"Tax Bible.\" Our clients range from some of the foremost tax professionals in the world - Price Waterhouse Cooper, Deloitte, E&Y, etc- to fortune 100 companies (Microsoft, AT & T, Bank of America), top law firms, universities, and government organizations, including the IRS. As part of our commitment to our mission, our higher education program was designed to provide professors an opportunity to teach with, and students to learn with, Tax Analysts’ news and research products. I’ve worn many hats in my career: marketing and public relations coordinator, software sales executive, writer, magazine advertising executive and even substitute teacher—all of which make me an excellent consultant for current clients and prospective ones because I understand what’s most important is that I help Universities determine if our publications can be of value to their tax faculty and students, show how our current University clients are maximizing our publications for tax research and study, and make certain that our information becomes a key factor in their success to educate the next generation of tax professionals.
