I currently oversee early careers recruitment here at RSM, which focuses on bringing new talent at graduate, placement, school leaver and internship level into the business. I am one of those annoying people who leaves work each day, waiting for my alarm to go off the following morning so I can get back to it. I love the fact that we are helping young people start off their careers in accountancy and making a huge impact on their lives.
