   Key Responsibilities:1. Infrastructure & Utility Management:Oversee roads, drainage, water supply, sewage treatment plant (STP), and electricity distribution.Ensure uptime and performance of utilities (DG sets, water pumps, streetlights, etc.).Coordinate with DISCOM, Jal Board, and other utility authorities for compliance and supply.2. Facility & Asset Management:Maintain common infrastructure: roads, green belts, parks, street lighting, signage, gates, CCTV.Oversee AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for mechanical & electrical equipment.Daily inspections and upkeep of township assets.3. Vendor & Staff Supervision:Manage housekeeping, security, horticulture, and technical maintenance staff.Hire and monitor external vendors for civil, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping work.Monitor manpower deployment, discipline, and quality of services.4. Resident/Plot Owner Coordination:Act as the first point of contact for residents’ issues/requests.Coordinate plot possession, mutation, handover, and documentation processes.Conduct regular meetings with RWA (Resident Welfare Association), if applicable.5. Statutory & Safety Compliance:Ensure legal compliance with local municipal bodies, fire norms, environmental regulations, and safety standards.Maintain MIS reports, safety audits, and asset condition logs.6. Budgeting & Cost Control:Prepare annual O&M (Operations & Maintenance) budgets.Monitor township expenses and optimize costs without compromising quality.
