This formative experience laid the foundation for my leadership style. As I progressed in my career, I continued to develop my leadership skills, culminating in completing my Master\'s in Leadership at Royal Roads University.I am a seasoned and innovative Senior Manager specializing in leadership development, coaching, and operations. My core passion lies in fostering diversity and inclusivity within organizations. My expertise spans Organizational Leadership Development, Coaching, Mortgage Financing, Sales, Operational Management, and Project Management.
