   Develop detailed Level-09 and Level-10 schedules using project planning software such as Primavera for managing activities, and rigorously monitor the progress of project implementation.Responsible for preparing key project control documents—including project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), detailed and overall schedules, progress reports, and presentations—during both the proposal and execution phases, under the supervision of the Project Control Manager.Create and implement progress measurement system procedures, perform regular project progress updates at defined intervals, and support the Project Control Team in tracking performance.Prepare manpower histograms to identify and highlight resource constraints that could impact project timelines.Monitor the need for schedule revisions, alert the Project Control Manager as necessary, and implement schedule updates accordingly.Develop a Quantity Booklet based on proposal quantities, and track bulk and tagged item quantities throughout the project lifecycle—from Engineering through Procurement and Construction (EPC).Conduct quantity variance analysis and continuously calculate work content for various project activities.Review and certify construction-related invoices based on actual progress and quantity.Facilitate cross-functional coordination by identifying critical activities and necessary support from various departments to ensure timely project delivery.Manage and issue time impact assessments resulting from change orders and support the preparation of time extension claims.Work closely with the Cost Controller to ensure alignment between the planning WBS and the cost WBS.Provide planning-related input for the preparation of time extension requests submitted to the client.
