In the quest for my professional happy place (the job that doesn\'t feel like work and the reason to love Mondays again), I have found my true passion in operations, project management, and curating customer experiences.My career narrative has evolved and will continue to do so. From my foundations in the fast-paced world of retail to talent acquisition, it clicked when I realized the parts of work I enjoyed the most could be found in one type of role. At the end of the day, my professional roles have two things in common: people and processes. I thrive in the organized chaos of growth—especially when leading ad-hoc initiatives, navigating ambiguity, and forging new paths. Creating clarity from complexity is my happy place! Having gained more awareness of where my skills and interests intersect, I\'ve decided to pursue my CAPM certification. I love learning, and my Dad\'s career as a teacher has inspired me to continue learning no matter your age. I’m fully committed to a long-term career in project management and customer happiness, as this is where my varied experiences can come together and I’m not working, I’m usually adventuring around Chicago with my husband, toddler, and our squirrel-obsessed dog Wallace. I love discovering new restaurants, visiting museums and farmers’ markets, watching a good British crime drama, and volunteering with AFSP—an organization close to my heart.
