I’m a 2007 IIT-Bombay alumnus and chartered IChemE process engineer with 19+ years of global leadership in Engineering & Engineering Management, Projects, Operations & Maintenance, Safety, and Software & Technology. In the Oil & Gas industry, I’ve worked for BG Group and Royal Dutch Shell across India, Trinidad & Tobago, Kazakhstan, and Qatar. Alongside my corporate tenure, I’ve co-founded Travel Buddha Pvt. Ltd. and also led tech-enabled healthcare at Hindustan Wellness (HWPL) as CTO. Currently, I\'m building \'Pinaka Green\' in the Green Hydrogen space. Systems-Driven Execution: Built HWPL’s technology and operations engine from the ground up—designing end-to-end processes to deliver scalable, patient-centric healthcare solutions. Rapid Decision-Making: This is a skill I learned while working in HWPL. Decisions were made within hours by aligning stakeholders and resources, and bottlenecks were removed at a rapid pace. Global Leadership: Lived and worked in four countries; traveled to 27+ more—leveraging diverse perspectives to inspire teams, foster inclusion, and spark innovation.
