My professional journey in last 8 years has been a true testimony to that.Hi, I am Farish Majeed, a professional working in the space of project management. In my current tenure in Infravision, an Australian based start up, I\'m providing my support in setting up the business India in all my professional and personal capacity. I am involved in setting up the strategy for India, business development, making operation plans, product development, hiring and onboarding, project management, MIS and reporting to name a few. Job role is not confined to a specific one when you are working in a startup environment.In my previous tenure in Sterlite Power, I have been able to manage the ideation to implementation of special projects which included making business case, mapping as-is process, creating project charter, cost-benefit analysis, identifying partners & negotiation, execution and designing scalability plan. I was also involved with the project management activities for the core business of constructing power transmission lines. I also got a chance to drive the innovation culture in the organization by program managing the innovation process which primarily focused on process improvements, business process optimization and operational excellence.Prior to that, in my earlier avatar in TCS I was working in a server support role.I\'ve always been a continuous learner throughout my career. Multiple online courses attended and professional certifications like IPMA-Level D and Six Sigma Green Belt testifies that. Other than having Bachelors in Engineering and PG Diploma in transmission and distribution systems, I am currently pursuing PG Diploma in Business Administration.
