My pursuit for self-development isn’t just so I can become a better version of myself, but so that I can help elevate others around me. As I improve, I can mentor better, coach more intentionally and support my team. That’s why, even as a technical professional, I find myself drawn to the human side of tech. I believe tech can and should be used for the good of humanity, and by combining both my worlds of tech and customer-centric care together, I can leave a legacy of giving back to others first.As someone deeply passionate about technology, I enjoy developing solutions that connect and empower individuals. I earned my Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, specializing in power electronics and systems. My curiosity fuels my desire to tackle complex technical problems, explore innovative technologies, and engage in lifelong learning.During my internship at SUEZ, I applied engineering principles to improve business processes, contributing to both the technical and managerial sides of projects. This experience sharpened my customer service abilities, allowing me to excel in team settings and foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Additionally, I broadened my skills in video editing and software development.I am a quick learner with a flexible mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure.
