Responsible for the running of the ESF + Connecting Communities programme, providing targeted support to Haringey Residents.\\\\n\\\\nKey accountabilities:\\\\n\\\\n- Manage team of 4 Employment Advisors to engage with 600+ residents over the length of the contract, ensuring a high-quality employment support service with comprehensive information, guidance and advice given to participants of the program.\\\\n\\\\n- Engage with strategic partners throughout the borough to drive forward referrals and extend our offer to key priority groups.\\\\n\\\\n- Budget Management and program governance responsibilities, managing a budget of ensuring all spend is tracked and authorized, providing a clear and strong audit trail.\\\\n\\\\n- Responsible for performance management of 4 Employment Advisors and a Program Administrator, providing guidance and training as necessary, keeping a top-down view of the caseloads and advisor’s individual metrics, giving targeted guidance and interventions when needed.\\\\n\\\\n- Training to increase performance across a wide range of subject matters including effective sales and pitching, interview skills, business development, LinkedIn, application support and CV workshops.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
