Created and oversee a world class, innovative Materials & Processes engineering organization. • Lead overall development programmes including timing schedules, technical, financial requirements, and processes. • Contributed to two launches, owning 70% of BOM (Fasteners) for Battery Electric and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles. • Scaled up, upgraded and optimised the battery production line for higher volume and more sustainable manufacturing processes. • Lead multidisciplinary teams to problem solve cross-functional fitting challenges. • Lead Materials & Processing division supporting Design Studio, Body in CAE, Body in White, Closure, Chassis, Battery Systems and Powertrain applications. • Advanced materials integration (metallic and non-metallic) for prototyping followed by manufacturing of Electric and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Trucks. • Advanced manufacturing implementation including definition of technologies, destructive & non-destructive evaluation, setting up overall joining integrity system and launching welding technologies for prototyping and pre-production. • Execution of paint, protective coating and their development for the CAB and Chassis applications. • Development of 200 specifications for Body in White, Closure, Chassis, Battery Systems and Powertrain applications.
