I am an energy‑transition finance professional with 17+ years of international leadership experience across Europe, North Africa, and Latin America. My work sits at the intersection of project structuring, investment strategy, and the emerging PtX/hydrogen/decarbonization economy, where I help shape bankable solutions for capital‑intensive sustainable‑infrastructure projects.My background spans industrial engineering, green‑energy and climate finance, and financial advisory, enabling me to bridge technical, financial, legal, and market perspectives. I have led business units, managed multicultural teams, and executed complex multi‑million‑euro transactions, including sophisticated M&A processes (equity raising, asset and share deals, buy‑ and sell‑side mandates). I bring end‑to‑end expertise across the full investment lifecycle — from early structuring to financial close.I am particularly focused on the bankability of renewable‑energy and PtX projects, the design of risk‑allocation frameworks, and the role of DFIs, blended finance, and policy alignment in accelerating investment flows, especially in emerging markets. I am passionate about the systemic challenges of the energy transition — market failures and public support, market design, system-view and inherent flexibility needs, and the integration of new technologies into real‑world investment environments (combining public and private capital).
