Maintain relationships with third-party VoIP/SDWAN vendors.• Work to integrate new hardware products: Evaluating, establishing best practices, building external configuration documentation, building internal troubleshooting documentation and providing feedback and recommendations for management.• Act as the final level of Support for third-party equipment and soft-ware, including phones, Firewalls/Routers, and Software.• Maintain and create internal troubleshooting and external guiding documentation for products.• Troubleshoot complex issues with minimal guidance.• Respond to tickets as they are assigned.• Assist Tier 2 and Tier 3 where necessary with Phone calls or tickets.• Assist in training and development of Tier 1 and 2 Support staff where possible.• Take escalations from Support Staff where necessary.• Coordinate with Engineering and Development Staff when escalation is needed beyond Tier 3.
