While working for Fraser Health Authority, I was approached by the Executive Director in 2014 to help resuscitate the organization and lead the consolidation initiatives. Since returning to PHSA, I have delivered unbreakable forward momentum and inspirational change management leadership during the transition and consolidation initiative. Select Accomplishments: I have been instrumental in leading the organization through a collaborative and comprehensive provincial redevelopment initiative that is setting precedence across the province for workforce management solutions. We have reduced overtime by 50% and achieved a drastic reduction in grievance payouts due to scheduling errors. This has all been accomplished through the introduction of a paperless single business software solution called Workbrain. Workbrain has allowed us to consolidate 6 agencies into one, while standardizing processes based on collective agreements and best practices. I was instrumental in recruiting 5 direct reports from Fraser Health to join me at PHSA, where we have created a new team of Managers to form a culture of respect, dedication and friendship. My leadership skills have helped to put the people, policies, and structure in place to align operations with the organization’s goals.

My ability to stabilize morale during times of transition and sustain great working relationships with the Senior Executive team, stakeholders and staffing units has led to my rapid career progression. I initiate and support the implementation of new policies and guidelines within organizations; ensure adherence to collective agreements, and evaluate sustainable programs for continued growth.
