With over 5 years of combined experience in finance, accounting, technical support, and customer service, I currently work as a Contact Center Representative at TD, providing front-line assistance for banking products and services. I support clients with account inquiries, credit card solutions, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent client experience with every interaction. Previously, I worked as an Accounting Coordinator at FSPS, where I managed accounts payable/receivable, financial reconciliations, and vendor relations. My role also included audit preparation, budget oversight, and the use of QuickBooks, SAP, Sage 300, and Tableau to streamline processes and enhance financial accuracy. Earlier in my career, I served as a Technical Support Representative at eSupport, delivering software and account-related troubleshooting, guiding clients through technical configurations, and improving overall customer satisfaction. I also began my finance journey as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Aparna Construction, developing strong foundations in invoice processing and recordkeeping.
