I\'m a PMP® certified Construction Project Professional with over six years of experience delivering infrastructure, commercial, and site development projects across the U.S, Dubai, and India. I\'ve contributed to high-impact projects — from phased civil upgrades at JFK Airport to luxury retail fit-outs at Dubai Mall — working in live operational environments that demand precision, adaptability, and coordination. My strength lies in bridging field execution with project controls. I’ve managed schedules, RFIs, submittals, and inspections while collaborating closely with consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. I\'m proficient in tools like Primavera P6, Procore, QGIS, AutoCAD, and have applied SWMM and HEC-HMS for grading and stormwater coordination. I enjoy solving practical challenges — whether it\'s sequencing work in constrained zones, verifying drainage and utility tie-ins, or supporting recovery efforts through Time Impact Analysis (TIA). I’ve worked with NY/NJ DEP, FAA, and Dubai Municipality standards, and continue to expand my knowledge in site development and infrastructure delivery. I hold a Master’s in Engineering Management (NJIT), along with CMIT and OSHA 30 certifications, and I’m currently exploring new roles as an Assistant Project Manager or Scheduler.
