I am doing Electrical design, HMI (Human Machine Interface), and PLC programming for industrial Applications. • Involved in project planning of controls project team. • Execution role in all aspects of the control systems execution, from software design, system design, network design and commissioning. • Execute projects from concept through client turnover with a positive result contribution on technical performance, financial results and the organization. • Involved in engineering, execution and commissioning of Material Handling Projects. • Communicate closely with other groups within controls project team. Learn new skills and stay current on latest technology (technical professional) • Initiate improvement actions • Support of software standardization platform • Experience in Electrical system design and Panel design. • Experience in AB (Allen Bradley) Control Logix, Compact Logix, MicroLogix, RSLinx, PanelView. • Experience in Rockwell Automation Systems. • Experience in Factory Talk View HMI “Human Machine Interface” controls design, screen development, implementation and worked on Factory Talk SE and ME. • Hand On Experience with Datalogic and Accu Sort, Cognex Scanners. • Programming of PLCs and HMIs to successfully interface and control vision systems, carton erectors, scanners, scales, printers and other various equipment that are used in industrial automation. • Creating Electrical wiring layouts for the construction and troubleshooting of control panels. • Proven experience in equipment design based on safety and risk analysis and Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of equipment and controls and Panel Design.
