Reporting directly to the CEO and the Chair of the Audit Risk and Finance Committee of the board, I provide strategic direction and management oversight over the finance, procurement, internal audit and enterprise risk management functions comprised of over 100 professionals across 16 countries. In my capacity as CFO I am responsible for ensuring the company’s growth strategy is supported by strong financial systems and controls and the capital resources to invest for growth. I directly manage all aspects of financial and management reporting, treasury, taxation, pension plan administration, insurance, procurement and global supply chain, aspects of board reporting and the development and implementation of an enterprise risk management system. •In 2018\\19 I lead the deployment of a global ERP system replacing the legacy SAP system resulting in a significant transformation of the finance function and business. The deployment was achieved on time and below budget providing opportunities to further streamline costs and enhance business decision making processes. •Provided oversight and leadership on Global Pension committee to manage pension investment portfolio and pension plan objectives resulting in a surplus funding status for all plans under management and cash contribution exceptions. •Worked closely with operations and sales leadership teams to identify areas of excess capacity, developed targeted customer pricing models and strategy to cross train professional services staff in a mature industry. Efforts resulted in a compound annual growth rate of 6% for sales bookings and revenue. •Worked closely with HR and Human Resources and Compensation Committee to develop sales incentive plan and targets to further drive sales growth and modify company short term and long-term incentive plans to align with 5 year strategic objectives.
