With our Technology Solutions, we customize services to provide enhanced productivity and significant cost savings to our clients.Our VisionTo be an indispensable partner by providing highly effective and innovative solutions to best match each client’s needs.Roles & Responsibilities• Recruiting for Business Professional & Non-IT for “Fortune 500” Clients.• Handling Client calls for good understanding of client’s requirements.• Participating in all phases of the entire life-cycle of recruitment from understanding job requirement, posting jobs on-line on job sites and screening them technically.• Responsible for short listing candidates through sources like job portals, databanks and networking, conducting preliminary interviews, sending quality profiles that match the requirements & obtaining feedback from the clients regarding short-listing or interview.• Extensively use of database (Job Diva) for posting jobs, searching, submitting, follow up of candidates for all requirements allotted by managers.• Updating and maintaining Applicant Tracking System in a timely and accurate manner.• Actively working on various job boards (Career Builder, Monster, Indeed).• Social Media job posting and recruiting (LinkedIn).
