Currently working as Senior Manager with IQVIA for the Centralized monitoring team (Risk based monitoring and Analytics): Directly managing team of 15 medical and lifesciences professionals and overseeing the project deliverable of 20 + trials (multiple sponsors) for Centralized monitoring Services and RBM activities. Line management tasks involves tracking and analyzing the productivity, TAT, utilization, resourcing, quality for trial and the team, Conducting performance reviews and individual development plans for team\'s growth and development.I have 8+ years of experience in ‘Clinical Data Management’ domain, worked with Giant Pharma Companies in an outsourcing set up (BPS/CRO) for providing CDM services. Also a Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM), by SCDM, US.Have served the CDM domain with roles like Data manager, Lead Data Manager, CDM Training and Compliance Lead, CDM Trainer, Labs SME and Team Leader.Worked on following TA’s –Oncology, Neurosciences, Cardiovascular and Metabolism, Immunology and Dermatology.Experience of Clinical databases/tools : InForm, RAVE, ClinTrial and Oracle Clinical – RDC, UAT using HPALM tool.
