With nearly a decade of experience collaborating with Senior Management across various organizations in the Social and Development sector, I have cultivated a rich and diverse skill set. My professional journey spans across critical domains including Human Capital Management, Project Management, Impact Partnerships, Communication & Creatives, Research, and Corporate Finance.At present, I lead my consultancy, Strategian, which empowers numerous social sector organisations, startups and SMEs to efficiently manage their multifaceted business functions. This strategic partnership enables these organizations to dedicate their efforts to what truly matters to them.In 2021, I obtained a Master of Management Programme from the prestigious Singapore University of Social Sciences. My academic focus centered on Human Capital Management and Social Sector Management. This mid-career academic intervention is complemented by my Diploma in Human Capital Management. Moreover, my academic journey encompasses an M.Com with a specialization in Accounts & Finance, which I attained in 2014, following the completion of my B.Com with the same specialization in 2012.Having been born in India and subsequently relocating to Kuwait during my early years, I have been fortunate to develop a profound appreciation for diversity and equality, both in my personal and professional life. This upbringing has indelibly shaped my perspective.In addition to my diverse expertise and commitment to the Social and Development Sector, my extensive travel experiences have also paved the way for another exciting venture. Leveraging my insights garnered from exploring unique destinations of the world, I have established Bespoke Luxury Travel, an initiative that offers unparalleled and affordable luxury travel consultation.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an avid reader with a deep fascination for literature encompassing travel, history, and fiction. This enthusiasm has also led me to share my travel experiences through engaging blogs and vlogs at FoFaFiFl Club. Moreover, I am passionately committed to wildlife conservation efforts, actively supporting organizations in Kenya and Cambodia that share my dedication to preserving our planet\'s biodiversity.
