ABOUT FARHAD POCHA
I help people reconnect with themselves and heal through touch, presence, and deep listening. My work focuses on energetic alignment, emotional trauma release, and creating space for profound relaxation and clarity. In each 1:1 session, we explore how emotions manifest in the body, working together to soften tension, cultivate awareness, and restore balance.I also guide clients before, during, and after psychedelic and plant medicine journeys. Together, we clarify intentions, navigate the process with care, and integrate insights into everyday life—bringing body, mind, and spirit into greater alignment.Alongside this, I build community, run workshops, co-facilitate retreats, organise awareness and healing spaces at festivals, and run private events and activities for small groups.I am an experienced design strategist, workshop facilitator, and systemic coach. For more than 15 years, I’ve helped teams and organisations tackle complex challenges, design resilient solutions, and deliver impactful digital products and services. I’ve programmed and produced large-scale conferences, retreats, and events, and supported diverse clients across industries to create experiences that connect and inspire.
