With over 15 years of experience in finance, business operations, and strategy, I am passionate about driving growth, innovation, and value creation with a specialized focus at the intersection of Healthcare and Technology. Currently I lead the Strategic Finance function at Bicycle Health, the leading virtual care provider revolutionizing treatment for opioid use disorder. Prior to Bicycle Health I was a Finance Director at Amazon Health Services through One Medical, the leading membership-based primary care provider and HealthTech company acquired by Amazon.In my role at Amazon-One Medical I led the strategic finance and FP & A function for growth, encompassing product/technology, consumer marketing, and real estate. My team and I leveraged analytical skills, financial and operational data, and strategy expertise in partnering with the CTO, CMO, and CFO to enable and facilitate data-driven growth marketing and product/technology initiatives as well as lead corporate finance/FP & A operations. I specialized in projects such as launching new products, optimizing marketing channels, and expanding geographic footprint, as well as day to day full P&L management of $150M+ business units (Business Unit CFO). I also partnered with the CFO and Real Estate leadership on real estate strategy, new market/clinic planning and development, and corporate office planning.
