During my time at PwC, I have developed various Salesforce applications. I was involved at every stage of the development process. I used to work closely with the stakeholders, product manager, agile delivery manager, and tester to ensure the quality and timely completion of projects.One notable application that I developed is the UK Tender Tracker application. The app has active users within the PwC UK firm, including members from the Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Deals line of services. Tender Tracking is the PwC process for monitoring, communicating and qualifying government and health industries tenders (with some energy, utilities and resources tenders) into pursuit opportunities. The app allows users to have all tender opportunities in one place on Salesforce for the entirety of the tender lifecycle, it also offers a user-friendly experience, improved reporting and enhanced access to framework agreements.My other responsibilities included the following:• Design and document technical solutions in collaboration with architects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.• Configure and customise Salesforce solutions, prioritising out-of-the-box functionalities to minimise custom code.• Release changes to QA, UAT, and Production with unlocked packages.• Use VS Code and Salesforce CLI / DX for development.• Using Git / GitHub for change management and Production releases.• Meeting stakeholders for requirements gathering and resolving issues.• Mentor and guide junior team members, encouraging their technical growth and showing Salesforce best practices.• Contribute to test case development and execute tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to support team delivery.
