Over 20 years of progressive experience in bridge engineering across both public and private sectors, with a strong track record in bridge management systems, inspections, rehabilitation design, and project management. Played a major role in the research and development of the Turkish Bridge Management System (KYS), a national-scale R&D project commissioned by the Ministry of Transportation of Turkey to manage over bridges across the country.
