A big part of my role is turning user needs and organizational objectives into actionable strategies, setting the right KPIs, and ensuring progress stays on track. I guide teams through agile delivery—managing the backlog, planning sprints, and overseeing releases—while also encouraging experimentation and learning. By using data, feedback, and testing, continuously improve features and create better experiences for millions of users.
