I have always been fascinated by the power of data to tell stories and drive decisions. My journey began with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University where I learned to approach problems analytically. Now as I pursue my Master’s in Industrial Engineering at Concordia University, my passion for data-driven solutions has only grown stronger. Transforming complex challenges into streamlined solutions is what I thrive on.During my time as a Supply Chain Data Analyst at ABs Manufacturing, I had the opportunity to dive deep into SQL queries that revealed critical insights into customer behavior. One of my proudest moments was identifying three major bugs that led to a 10% decrease in reported customer churn—an achievement that not only benefited the company but also taught me the importance of attention to detail in data analysis.Currently, I’m volunteering as a Business Analyst with Catchafire, where I\'ve been guiding non-profits through collaborative workshops aimed at enhancing their AI decision-making processes. It’s rewarding to see how our efforts have increased decision-making speed by an average of 15%, significantly improving their operational efficiency. This experience has reinforced my belief that data can truly empower organizations to make better choices.In addition to my academic pursuits and professional experiences, I served as Chairperson for the MTS-AUV ZHCET Club at my university where we focused on leveraging tools like Power BI and MS Excel for various projects. This role not only honed my leadership skills but also allowed me to share my enthusiasm for technology with others.Outside of work and studies, I enjoy exploring new technologies and participating in community initiatives that promote education and skill development.
