About Faraz Monifi
I am an experimentalist doing research on chip scale photonics, fiber optics and optical imaging. My PhD focus was on optical cavities for sensing and communication and in my post-doc I am working on silicon photonic circuits,optical computing using laser networks and OCT imaging as well as spectroscopy. My bachelor major was communication theory and my master, RF and microwave engineering.
