I’m project planner and scheduler with practical experience in Primavera P6, MSP, Power BI, Excel and other core project controls tools. I don’t just use these tools — I know how to make them work for the project. I’ve spent over a decade working on transit, power, energy, residential, airport, infrastructure and manufacturing projects. I understand the full lifecycle — design, engineering, permitting, procurement, construction and handover — and how each phase affects planning and execution. I communicate clearly with teams, dig into project requirements and build schedules that actually reflect how the work will unfold. I keep the plan updated, aligned and transparent at every stage. I explain things in a simple, direct way without unnecessary jargon. Whether it’s a technical detail or a complex schedule issue, I make it easy for everyone to understand. I push back when something is wrong. If a schedule looks misleading or unrealistic, I argue my case with project managers and clients until the plan reflects the truth. Accuracy matters, and I don’t compromise on that. I’m technically solid: I can read construction drawings, understand contract types, work closely with cost control teams, perform schedule quality checks and analyze performance using Earned Value Analysis.(Hobby) I learn fast. If a skill is important, I jump on it immediately. Lately, I’ve been diving into marketing, SEO, content creation and public speaking to expand my range and stay ahead.
