Established strategy to smoothly transition in cost reduced BOM without any impact to product supply continuity-Product NPI & EOL Roadmap: Work closely with marketing & HW/SW engineering teams to establish product development strategy for portfolio refresh (NPI), new NPI, and EOL of existing products-Sourcing: Closely work & collaborate with partner management in establishing Product sourcing strategy, CM selection, CM/factory moves, and regional enablement of Mfg sites.
