ABOUT FARANDA MARSHALL

I am currently looking for work in Mental Health or Forensics. My experience consisted of understanding forensic research, understanding violence, risk, and threat assessments, criminal investigation analysis and mental health law. and I have completed a capstone and I have gained some experience by working in the Arkansas Department of Human Services (Division of Family and Children) My experience includes learning how to handle evidence correctly, which includes identifying, labeling, recording and preserving the evidence until needed. Discusses investigative findings, intervenes in crisis situations, drug and alcohol screenings in office and random drug screens, document all case work activities and developments. There would be no problem with me performing technical investigations to solve all assigned cases or with preparing computer-generated reports of all test findings and results. I have great computer skills which allow me to maintain all documentation of laboratory procedures and investigative methods for reference purposes. I can also provide investigation reports and testimony of evidences in court as my communication skills are quite good and speaking in front of large crowds is not an issue. My verbal and written skills are excellent, and I can communicate efficiently with all levels of management. I have amassed extensive experience in problem solving and analyses, leading motivated and productive teams, and generating detailed and accurate reports. I possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills along with the ability to detect even the smallest detail. I achieved a reputation for thoroughness, efficiency, and the ability to quickly build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and situations.
