Hi, I\'m Faranak, a product designer with 1+ years of experience creating user-centered solutions for B2B and B2C products in the logistics and healthcare industries. Prior to being a product designer, I have 5 years of experience as a photographer where I developed strong skills in visual storytelling and understanding business needs. Currently, I’m working with curaJOY, a B2C AI-driven mental health platform. In this role, I’ve maintained the design system and redesigned 4 key features by collaborating with cross-functional teams of researchers, behavior analysts, and engineers. Before that, I worked with ReturnPal, a B2B productized service, where I designed a B2B dashboard for them that offers data-driven insights and helps automate and streamline the return process for business owners.
