I has been actively working in the mortgage industry since 1995. I began in the industry working for my father’s mortgage brokerage firm. Under my father’s tutelage, I gained a wealth of knowledge given his father’s 40+ consecutive years in the business. In 2001, I obtained my salespersons license by the California Department of Real Estate and began originating mortgage transactions. Since that time, I have been helping individuals and families, obtain various forms of mortgage financing. I have assisted countless clients with, but not limited to purchase and refinance transactions, construction loans, reverse mortgage, commercial and mixed use transactions through all available avenues of financing. I am well versed in conventional, FHA, VA, Non QM, jumbo and super jumbo forms of mortgage financing. My background provides me with tremendous experience with which to provide solutions to my clients lending needs. I am known for my honesty, communication skills, and have built a very strong business base of real estate professionals and past clients. My approach to every new client is to provide as much information about the lending and home buying process as possible. This ensures my clients are able to make informed decisions when determining what type of mortgage financing to pursue. I pride myself on having virtually no loans declined because I thoroughly prepare and qualify my borrowers prior to them searching for the right home to buy.
