Reports directly to the Head of Airworthiness.• Responsible for leading engineering-led programmes end-to-end, from initial scoping through actual delivery, to implement an effective Programme Planning & Delivery across all Engineering departments. • Drive progress by identifying opportunities to go faster - streamlining decision-making, removing duplication and eliminating unnecessary blockers.• Act as a vital conduit between Engineering Delivery and the Programme Management Office (PMO), ensuring information flows, issues are escalated and priorities stay aligned. • Collaborate closely with engineering leaders, technical experts and programme teams to turn complex system challenges into delivered outcomes.
