I’m naturally curious, people-oriented, and driven by growth, both my own and others’. I enjoy understanding how things work, asking the right questions, and finding clarity in situations that initially feel complex.I’ve always been energized by environments where I can learn fast, take ownership, and have a real impact. I value meaningful conversations, trust-based relationships, and working with people who care about doing things well. I’m known for being adaptable, grounded, and proactive - someone who brings structure without losing the human side.Professionally, I work in financing and grants, where I help businesses make sense of funding opportunities and turn ideas into concrete, supported projects. As a Development Associate & Team Lead at helloDarwin, I also enjoy mentoring others, collaborating closely with my team, and continuously improving how we work together.Outside of titles, what matters most to me is progress, curiosity, and connection.
