As the Talent Management Lead at Westlake Chemical, a global leader in petrochemicals and building products, I leverage my experience and human resources expertise to design and implement effective talent strategies and solutions. I have a master\'s degree in human resources development from the University of Houston and I am certified as a KFLA Leadership Architect.My core competencies include leadership development, succession planning, talent assessment, workforce planning, and employee relations. I partner with senior management, business operations, and regional offices to align HR strategy with business needs and goals. I also lead and support multiple HR projects and initiatives, such as performance evaluations, compensation, and geographical moves.
