Oversee the Development office, as well as, strategic marketing planning – responsible for implementing new fundraising strategies and soliciting and prospering strong relationships with current & past donors (~430 prospects) o Established the school’s first-ever endowment – The Forever Stevens Campaign Raised $1.2 million so far and on track to reach a goal of $2 million • Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement giving/endowment activities including individual solicitations, special events, conferences, galas, and seminars • Raised $625k – which not only surpassed our goal of $485k but set the record for the highest amount of funds raised in the school’s history • Report directly to the board of directors, providing monthly reports that include KPIs, status updates, and SWOT analyses as well as preparing and presenting PowerPoint decks • Responsible for fostering company culture within the office by implementing new systems and policies such as hybrid schedules, team huddles, upgrading software solutions (ex. Raiser\'s Edge NXT), etc.
