ABOUT FAIZ KHAN

I recently joined Minto Group as an IT Trainer to help implement cloud SaaS applications across the organization. I was a Technical Consultant at SolidCAD in my previous role. My job was to train customers in the construction industry on Autodesk\'s Construction Cloud software, which is an end-to-end project management tool for any organization that is carrying out construction projects. Apart from that I also help these customers realize the potential of analytics and PowerBI to make better informed decisions. Previous to that I was working as a Customer Success Trainer at Microsoft, where I helped organizations unlock the true potential of their subscriptions with M365 applications. I trained end users to make their day to day more efficient, individually and collaboratively. Plus I helped them create M365 roadmaps covering Modern Desktop, Power Platform and Viva, depending on the customer needs. I am a Seasoned Training Professional and have worked with various industries like Travel, E-commerce, Telecom, Shipping, IT and Construction. Through experience I have been able to achieve hundreds of hours of Virtual and Classroom Training, for both new hires and existing employees. I also have experience in Project Management, Change Management and Implementations. I love Excel and and am unlocking my Data Analytics skills a little bit every day. I am also an avid leaner and very recently achieved several Microsoft, and a Google Data Analytics Certification.
