I\'m passionate about filmed entertainment and video game industries. I specialize in producing filmed contents based on game IPs. At HoYoverse, I produce global original content based on our game IPs, i.e. Genshin Impact & Honkai Star Rail. I oversee the process of development and production, building internal teams from the groud up and working closely with external creative partners and production studios. Prior to HoYoverse, I worked both as a content strategist and a producer at Netflix Asia. I was lucky to be a part of the global rise of APAC content, where I mainly contributed to the Korean content (Kingdom, Squid Game, etc.) and game IP based Anime content (Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077 Edgerunner, Castlevania, etc.) I started my career as a management consultant at PwC serving the Hollywood Major studios, and then built my industry knowledge foundation at Paramount Pictures as a strategic planning professional.

   Two main roles:1) I spearhead HoYoverse\'s global original content initiative by developing and producing films, TV series, and other shorter formats based on our IP, including Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.The branded content my team produced has been nominated by Annecy Festival and Annie Awards.2) I work closely with top management on development of next-gen flagship IP from a creative/content perspective, where we heavily leverage AI technologies.
