I have built my career leading complex, strategic initiatives from concept to completion.My strength is in the \"horizontal\" role: I am the central connector who bridges the gap amongst client-facing teams, product pillars and engineering organizations. I excel at developing overarching vision for the long-term, while identifying near-term commercial opportunities that incrementally build toward the vision in resource constraint environment, aligning siloed, vertical teams to drive collaboration in the process.    Lead global team focusing on analytics platform scale and transformation, through bringing multi-year strategic initiatives from incubator to industrial scale solution:1. Drove the product strategy and development of Aladdin\'s holdings based fund analytics solution, starting from transparency for a few iShares Equity ETF for single digit number of clients, to comprehensive coverage of BLK managed as well as 3rd party funds across asset classes, distributed to hundreds of Aladdin clients2. Oversaw the evolution of historical analytics data migration solution from other portfolio analytics system to Aladdin, starting from design on paper, to full-fledge, UI driven self-service solution that meet new Aladdin clients\' critical requirement3. Setting the commercial strategy and priorities for the Aladdin-to-Aladdin upgrade, empowering product and engineering teams to lead execution. Partnering with business teams to create high-impact client use cases pipeline, driving toward a seamless analytics exchange for the asset manager, asset owner and analytics data provider community through Aladdin platform.4. Formulating the business case for a next-generation analytics platform that will enable client and 3rd-party contributions. The initial phase of this strategy is focused on building an \'Externally Project Asset (EPA) Self-Service\' capability, designed to validate the open-platform model and address immediate client demand.
