   Team & Organizational Impacts: • Set technical vision and planned road-map for new initiatives on my team, including rule management, new workloads and joined resource target. • Led team’s cross functional collaborations with product, backend & frontend engineers, customer relationship team, data ingestion team, designers and technical writers. • Coached and mentored 3 engineers within the team and across GCP Compute- Project Contributions: • Spearheaded the design and launch of an external facing customizable validation product from zero specs, driving customer engage-ment and market adoption. Secured buy-in through innovative demos, staffed 2 more engineers, and expanded external usage, solidifying our market position. • Led the cross org integration of Terraform validation for internal team, bridging significant architectural gaps and se-curing buy-in from both leadership teams. • Built the Batch UI from scratch, integrating multiple GCP services including VM, Storage and Network. • Pioneered RAF framework adoption for the Batch project, significantly boosting engineering productivity and enabling feature over-delivery within the same timeline. Led knowledge-sharing initiatives and guided other teams in adopting RAF, driving efficiency across the organization.
