It\'s 2 AM and the project is on its last legs. Your team, only inches away from success, is facing total failure if this product doesn\'t ship on time. You know you need just a little bit more to make it, but you can\'t quite put your finger on exactly what it is you need.You don\'t need a businessman who is \"motivated to drive strategic results\". You don\'t need another engineer who specializes in \"implementing integrated solutions and services\". What you need is a hacker, someone who is innately driven by passion to the find ways to overcome the hardest problems in order to get things done.I won\'t sit here and tell you I\'m the best engineer you\'ll find on LinkedIn, or the top business executive from HBS. I\'m not. But who I am is someone with both a solid engineering foundation and a keen sense to grow a business. I\'m someone with product experience who can deliver full-stack features and prototypes, only to pivot minutes later to leverage years of consulting experience to make strong data-driven business decisions. But most importantly, when things are on fire at 2 AM on a Wednesday night, I\'m the guy sitting next to you drinking cold coffee and crushing code:)
