COMMUNICATION & LEADERSHIP – Being a student leader since high school. Good at organizing a team, leading discussion, making decision efficiently, and presenting studies to the audiences by using effective visualizing and communicating techniques.• CHEMICAL ENGINEERING – B.S and M.S in chemical engineering. Familiar with the technologies of chemical reaction, separation, distillation, extraction, and the scale-up in Chemical Process, and master various instrumental and chemical analysis methods, such as HPLC, GC, NMR, IR, etc, as well as skillful at making surface pattern by photolithography.• BIOTECHNOLOGY – 5 years research experience in microbiology and 1 year in immunology, including various cells lines (bacteria cell lines and monocyte cell lines), analysis methods (Flow cytometer, microscopy, SEM, AFM, immunofluorescence, fluorescence microscopy, etc.), biotechnology (RNA isolation, PCR, electrophoresis, viability test, etc.).• POLYMERS – Experienced in polymers, in particular, polymerization (radical polymerization and step growth polymerization), biodegradable polymers (Polylactic acid and other polyesters), and organosilicon materials (silica-based stationary phase materials of HPLC). Have worked on polymers for 4 years. Skillful at synthesizing various polymer materials and characterizing the properties of polymer materials via GPC, DSC, TGA, DMA, rheometer, particle size analyzer, contact angle test, etc.• MATHEMATICAL MODELING – It is one of the way I interact with the world. Skillful at modeling, interpreting a problem thoroughly, and rapidly finding the right solution. Good at matlab, C, and R.I always have passion to improve the quality of human life.
