Conducted quantitative analysis on potential scenarios for GSE exit from conservatorship, evaluating impacts on capital and market stability. Designed and implemented of an in-house MBS analytics, streamlining data access, enhancing strategic insights and reducing cost by more than annually. Evaluated outcomes of FHA’s loss mitigation policies, particularly the use of partial claims, to inform the development of GSE delinquency resolution strategies. Led development of multifamily loan- and property-level performance models for FHFA’s Enterprise Regulatory Capital Framework. Advised on FHFA’s review of Freddie Mac’s Closed-End Seconds (CES) proposal, assessing policy implications and alignment with the GSE’s charter and market position. Identified emerging trends in agency and non-agency MBS markets to inform risk management strategies and promote housing stability.
