As a Project Engineer of Cold Lake thermal In-situ oil sands deposit, I am mainly responsible for managing large SAGD and CSS aboveground pipelines projects (well pad gathering lines including Steam, Emulsion, Produced gas and Natural Gas) from design to construction while interfacing with multi-discipline and multi-functional teams both in the office and in the field. Key accountabilities includes:1. Ensure the project scope of work, design and documentation is complete and fully communicated to project stakeholders and contractors. Provide guidance around engineering design to external consultants. Work closely with Supply Management to develop Project Procurement Plans and assist throughout the RFP process to ensure accurate, timely, technically sound and cost effective results.3. Co-ordinate and cooperate with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to complete projects on time and on budget.4. Demonstrates effective control of project cost expenditures while maintaining schedule commitments.5. Promote innovation by providing solutions that reduce construction, operating and maintenance costs for new and existing pipeline infrastructure.6. Encourage safety awareness and participate in safety meetings to prevent incidents onsite.7. Assigned MOC champion for different pipeline projects, responsible for hazard assesment, startup review, documentation and MOC closure in Maximo.8. Conduct regular field visits to scope projects, inspect safety standards and observe construction activities.

Lastly, I am an author of two technical papers and a student of carbon capture/decarbonization philosophy.
