About Fola Amudipe

Fola\'s story truly really starts back in 2018. On an entirely different path (or at least what she desired for herself after graduating from UC Berkeley) she unfortunately lost her father and had to sacrifice many years to help with their small family business. With resilience and great adaptability, she pivoted and took on content creation as a hobby, turned side hustle, turned full time job. Fola is now a digital creator, natural hair educator, travel curator and planner in the influencer space who’s passionate about bridging communities with hair and travel through education and experiences. She\'s built a community of nearly people who come to her for transparent education & inspiration of kinky coily natural hair and travel tips. Fola hopes to continue to inspire and empower more people, especially underrepresented folks to reclaim beauty standards, feel pride in their natural state, and find fulfillment in luxe cultural experiences around the world. My brand campaigns have included My Black is Beautiful, Supergoop, EF Ultimate Break, Sephora, Amika, TikTok, Carol\'s Daughter, Lancôme, Black Girls Travel Too, Yves Saint Laurent, Sol De Janeiro, Pinterest, SkinFix, Nécessaire and more I\'ve been featured in Byrdie and PopBuzz
