I am an experienced operations leader, business coach and project manager with a variety of real world successes and wisdom-inducing ‘learning moments.’ My 15+ years in Federal Government and 15+ years in the private, corporate and NGO sectors have fostered an unusual perspective and credibility, which has helped me assess/mitigate risk, manage teams, innovate and solve very complex problems. In every task and career, I have been recognized as a strategic thinker. I have served with the US Military as a lead ‘team builder’ and operational (EQ) trainer for US Navy SEALs, Delta, etc.My international experience has included multiple long-term assignments throughout Southeast and South Asia, the Middle East, and the US, where I led multi-functional teams to meet national security objectives.
