Establish and oversee the Marketing Department\'s goals, initiatives, campaigns, media buys and events- Organize and execute Mid-Cape events both on and off site with various target audiences of customers, team members, vendors and community- Work with a team to implement planned marketing strategies throughout social media, digital, print and radio advertising- Use skills such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites to create company collateral, forms and advertisements- Coordinate fundraising initiatives for various non-profits in the community- Organize networking events to aid in customer and vendor relations- Arrange press releases for major business announcements and branding- Take on department and company wide special projects- Incorporate new promotions and sales- Communicate with vendors and account managers to organize customer appreciation lunches and outings- Collaborate with team members to manage the Mid-Cape Home Centers website and social media pages.
