About Fallon Blossom
I’m a strategic creative leader who works best where brand, product, and social collide. My sweet spot is turning complex ideas into clear, social-first narratives with the right hook, format, and timing, so teams can move at the speed of social without losing the plot.Currently leading social-first creative and brand storytelling across platform releases, flagship events, brand partnerships, and always-on content at a large B2B SaaS company, helping shape how we show up in our big and small moments in ways that feel clear, human, and genuinely worth engaging with.Earlier in my career, I managed video and product content at a high-growth dev tools company, ran programming for a 24/7 live content channel, co-produced a Webby-honored documentary podcast, and co-founded a platform for overqualified and overlooked jobseekers. Different contexts, same muscles: follow a creative spark, iterate with empathy, and ensure what we build resonates. These chapters tell my career story: leading with curiosity, creative rigor, and rhythm—the beats, color, and energy that make work feel alive and on brief.see also: foodie, reliably the person asking follow-up questions about the menu and how everything was made.
Experience
Creative Brand Manager
Mar 2024 — Present · Austin, TX, US
I lead social-first creative and brand storytelling across customer stories, platform releases, flagship events, brand partnerships, and ongoing social campaigns. I help shape how we show up in our big and small moments in ways that feel clear, human, and genuinely worth engaging with. What I actually do: Creative direction for social content: building concepts, narrative angles, and briefs for high-visibility programs (events, launches, partner campaigns, customer stories), then guiding work from ideation to final asset production. Hands-on content creation: writing and shaping scripts, copy, and visual direction across video, motion, and static formats (including some video editing), with a focus on LinkedIn and other social channels. Cross-functional partner: serving as a creative point of contact for Social, Brand Content, Talent Brand, and other marketing teams, aligning creative with channel strategy and business goals. AI-powered workflows: piloting AI-assisted tools and processes to speed up ideation, copywriting, and creative iteration, while keeping the quality bar high. Insight-driven storytelling: reviewing social performance data for patterns and insights to inform creative decisions so our stories are resonant, fun, and effective.
